Last updated: March 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Woodmere Financial's website or services. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform and partnership programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Woodmere Financial website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Woodmere Financial provides Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) brokerage services, connecting businesses with funding solutions. We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide loans or financing. All funding decisions are made by our partner lenders.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to businesses operating in the United States. By applying for funding or registering as an ISO partner, you confirm that your business is legally registered, in good standing, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business.

4. ISO Partner Program

Participation in the ISO Partnership Program is subject to approval by Woodmere Financial. Partners agree to represent our services honestly and accurately. Misrepresentation of products, services, or terms to clients is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of partnership.

5. Fees and Commissions

Commission structures, fees, and payout terms are outlined in your individual ISO Partner Agreement. Woodmere Financial reserves the right to modify commission rates with reasonable notice to partners. All fees must be disclosed transparently to end clients.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary business information, client data, pricing structures, and funding terms shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Woodmere Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the commissions paid to the relevant partner in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users and partners are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, misrepresenting client information, submitting false applications, or violating any applicable federal, state, or local laws. Violations may result in termination of services and legal action.
